Hi, I’m Kathryn Cross, LPC

Therapy Boulevard is a space for real conversations about mental health. It was created for people who want more than surface-level advice and quick fixes, but for people who want understanding, context, and language for what they’ve been carrying.

The work here shows up in different ways: group spaces, workshops, writing, and public conversations. All of it is grounded in clinical knowledge, but delivered in a way that feels accessible, affirming, and honest.

My Approach

At Therapy Boulevard, the work starts with understanding, not assumptions. That means listening closely, naming what often goes unspoken, and making room for lived experience alongside clinical knowledge. I work from a culturally responsive lens, recognizing that survival strategies like masking, over-functioning, or shutting down often make sense in the environments people come from.

This work isn’t about forcing change. It’s about building insight, safety, and self-trust at a pace that feels sustainable. Whether through individual therapy, group spaces, or education, the goal is to support people in reconnecting with themselves, reducing harm, and creating room for healing that feels real and attainable.
